01Copywriting

We do not write marketing copy, blog posts, product descriptions, microcopy beyond technical labels, or any client-facing prose. Bring finalized copy to the engagement.

02Branding

We do not design logos, brand systems, typography pairings, color palettes, or brand guidelines. We faithfully implement the brand assets you provide.

03Marketing

We do not run paid campaigns, manage SEO outside basic technical hygiene, do content strategy, or set up analytics funnels beyond plumbing the events you specify.

04Media production

We do not produce photography, video, illustration, 3D assets, motion design, or sound. We integrate finished media you supply.

05Third-party licenses

We do not procure licenses for fonts, stock media, SaaS subscriptions, or commercial libraries. You hold the licenses; we configure the integration.

06Hosting

Build-only one-shot does not include hosting ownership or hosting bills. By default we deploy to infrastructure you own (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, etc.) on your accounts. Hosting operation by SessDev requires an explicit Shield plan.

07Ongoing maintenance

Post-delivery maintenance, dependency upgrades, incident response, and feature additions are out of scope unless you sign an explicit monthly plan (Shield and/or Care).

08Adding excluded work

Anything on this list can be added as a separately quoted line item, or by upgrading to a retainer. We will never silently absorb excluded work into a fixed-tier engagement.
